Any attempt to defraud hugph or other players — including collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, or money laundering through the platform — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.

By accessing hugph.one, creating a hugph account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the hugph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must not use the hugph platform. 2.1 By accessing or using the hugph Platform in any manner — including by browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or contacting hugph customer support — you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2.2 If you are accessing hugph on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement, and references to "you" shall include both you personally and the entity you represent.
2.3 This Agreement, together with documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and hugph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to hugph is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR's regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. hugph enforces this requirement through Philippine mobile number OTP verification at registration and government-issued ID verification for full Account activation. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified payment method used for deposit, less any processing fees.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. hugph is licensed for the Philippine market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not create an Account or place wagers. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing hugph is lawful in their jurisdiction. hugph makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to hold an Account or participate in any hugph game or promotion:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) hugph Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. hugph reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a Player who holds multiple accounts and to forfeit any Bonus Balances and any Real Money Balance derived from bonus wagering across those accounts.
4.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during Account registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or identification document — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
4.3 KYC Verification. hugph may, at any time, request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, or payment method in compliance with PAGCOR's KYC and anti-money laundering requirements. Acceptable Philippine government-issued documents include: PhilSys National ID, Social Security System (SSS) ID, UMID, Driver's License, and Passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified in hugph's request may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your hugph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hugph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. You must notify hugph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting support via in-platform live chat or by emailing the support address.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. hugph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and GrabPay. hugph does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or international wire transfer deposits. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on hugph is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary as published on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard.
5.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hugph targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 minutes during business hours and within 15 minutes at other times, subject to security and compliance checks. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are targeted within 1–2 business hours. These are targets, not guarantees, and actual processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
5.4 Player Funds Protection. Player Real Money Balances are held in accounts segregated from hugph's operating capital. This segregation is maintained in compliance with PAGCOR's player-fund protection requirements and ensures that Player funds are protected in the event of operational difficulties.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. hugph is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws including Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required. hugph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML investigations and to cooperate fully with AMLC and law enforcement authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All hugph bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum cashout amounts. These specific terms are published on each promotion's individual page and must be read in conjunction with this Clause 6.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance awarded to a Player is not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means that the Player must place total wagers equal to 30 times the bonus amount before any portion of that bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Not all games contribute equally — live table games and bingo may contribute at lower rates than slot games, as specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Promotions are limited to one per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. hugph may withdraw any bonus found to have been claimed by the same individual through multiple accounts or through exploitation of referral or promotional mechanisms.
6.4 VIP Club. hugph's VIP Club operates four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier qualification thresholds, cashback rates, and benefit structures are published in the VIP Club terms on the Platform. hugph reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and benefits with 14 days' notice to affected Players. Tier status is non-transferable between accounts.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. hugph reserves the right to void bonuses, close Accounts, and withhold withdrawals where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that bonuses have been claimed or utilized in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or with the spirit of each promotion. Actions that may be treated as bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal real financial risk; and exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on hugph is governed by its own specific rules, accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. The rules applicable at the time a game round commences govern the outcome of that round.
7.2 Binding Results. The outcome of all completed game rounds on hugph is final and binding. In live dealer games, the dealer's action and the platform's recorded result constitute the authoritative record of each hand or round. In the event of any discrepancy between a Player's device display and hugph's server logs, hugph's server records prevail.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, hugph will investigate the incident using server logs. If a round cannot be reconstructed in full, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account as Real Money Balance. hugph will not honor claimed winnings from rounds that cannot be verified by server logs.
7.4 RNG & Live Dealer Certification. All hugph RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use certified, independently audited random number generation technology. Live dealer games use certified dealing and shuffling procedures. Published RTP values for slot games are available within each game's information panel.
8.1 Players must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the hugph Platform:
8.2 hugph reserves the right to suspend, close, or permanently ban any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and applicable Philippine law enforcement authorities. Balances in suspended accounts will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering.
9.1 hugph is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and the broader obligations of a licensed Philippine online gaming operator.
9.2 Age Verification. hugph strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement for all Players. The Operator implements multi-layered verification — including Philippine mobile number OTP, date-of-birth declaration, and government ID review — to prevent access by minors.
9.3 Player-Controlled Limits. All hugph Players have access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools through Account Settings:
9.4 Limit Reduction vs. Increase. Any reduction of an existing limit takes effect immediately upon request. Any request to increase a limit or remove an existing limit is subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the change is applied, giving Players time to reconsider.
9.5 hugph urges any Player who feels their gambling behavior may be harmful to themselves or others to use hugph's self-exclusion tools and to seek support. 10.1 All content on the hugph Platform — including but not limited to the hugph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hugph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hugph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hugph content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any hugph software; or use hugph's brand, name, or logo in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by hugph.
10.3 Game software and live dealer studio technology made available through the hugph Platform are provided under licence from third-party providers. Players' rights with respect to such third-party content are further limited by the intellectual property terms of those providers.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hugph's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by you into your hugph Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 hugph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage — arising from your use of the Platform, even if hugph has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.3 hugph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or downtime. hugph will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or industry-wide technical outages.
11.4 Nothing in this Clause 11 shall operate to exclude or limit hugph's liability for death or personal injury caused by hugph's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hugph, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 hugph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and hugph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to hugph processing your personal data for the purposes described in hugph's Privacy Policy, including: Account management; KYC verification; fraud and AML compliance; PAGCOR reporting obligations; responsible gaming monitoring; and marketing communications (where you have given separate consent).
12.3 Full details of hugph's data collection practices, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject under Philippine law, and the contact details of hugph's Data Protection Officer are set out in hugph's Privacy Policy.
13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your hugph Account at any time by contacting hugph customer support via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 Operator-Initiated Closure. hugph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) hugph reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority instructs hugph to restrict access; or (d) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
13.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 24 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. hugph will notify the email address associated with the Account 30 days before dormant status is applied. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in hugph's current fee schedule, deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.
14.1 hugph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect a Player's rights or obligations — will be communicated via: (a) a prominent notice on the hugph Platform for not less than 14 days prior to the amendment taking effect; and (b) direct notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.
14.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect without advance notice and are not subject to the 14-day requirement.
14.3 Your continued use of the hugph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any Real Money Balance.
15.1 This Agreement and all matters arising from or related to your use of the hugph Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles that would require application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
15.2 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about hugph, you should first contact hugph customer support via in-platform live chat. hugph undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complaints may also be submitted in writing by emailing hugph's designated support address.
15.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through hugph's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using the regulatory body's published dispute resolution procedures. hugph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led dispute resolution process.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Clause 15.3, any legal action or proceeding arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the parties or through PAGCOR's processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.5 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
